A visit from the Mad Scientist for the Halloween party (post #2 of the party)

We had a brave dad volunteer to be our Mad Scientist for a Halloween station. He did an amazing job with this station.

There was a science experiment using dried bones and blood...

Then a mystery box with brains, and eye balls, and other things found on the road(AKA...noodles, and eggs, and jello:-)

 Love these faces!!!

Mad Scientist meets a familiar face(his daughter)

 now that is a face!

A big thank you to our dad who did a fantastic job with this station.

Our last Halloween post will be coming soon.

The Halloween Party (Post #1 the relay race)

We started the party with a boys against girls costume relay. This was a demo on how to put the hockey gear(aka...costume) on.

There are a ton of pictures from the party(hence the delay in posting) so I have decided to break it down into a few posts so I don't overwhelm you. I would narrow it down more but I love knowing that there are so many pictures of your children.

The relay consisted of getting into the hockey gear and then pushing a basketball around a tree and back.

The teams were very helpful with each other.

 laughter was contagious

The helmet kept blinding many students

despite having a major cheerleader on the girls team

The boys pulled off the win

That was our Halloween party opener. Stay tuned for pictures from the stations.
